From Palaces to Panoramas: Explore Seoul on Shore

Why Take This Incheon / Seoul Shore Excursion?

Cruise passengers docking at Incheon have a golden opportunity to explore Seoul’s rich contrast of ancient tradition and cutting-edge modernity. This excursion weaves together royal palaces, historic hanok districts, lively shopping streets, and panoramic tower vistas into one memorable day:

Gyeongbokgung Palace (경복궁) — The grandest of the Joseon Dynasty’s palaces, with royal architecture, gates, pavilions, and changing of the guard ceremonies.

Bukchon Hanok Village (북촌한옥마을) — A preserved enclave of traditional Korean houses (hanoks) set amid modern Seoul, with charming alleys and cultural ambiance.

Insadong Street (인사동 거리) — A cultural shopping district of art shops, traditional crafts, tea houses, galleries, and street food.

Namsan / N Seoul Tower (남산 / N서울타워) — Ride up or cable car to the mountaintop tower for sweeping views across Seoul.

By combining history, architecture, local flavor, and city panoramas, this excursion gives an elegant sampler of what makes Seoul so compelling.
